We are now accepting pre-orders for now new range of products.
Upfront payment is required to secure your order and payments can be made by any of our current payment methods including Buy Now Pay Later options.
Please make note that we are waiting on packaging, ingredients and labels to arrive and anticipate that orders will begin to be shipped from around the 10th of May.
If ordering other products (that aren't part of the pre-order range) you do have the option to have your delivery split, so we can send any in stock items now and the remainder of your order when all of our supplies arrive and the product is made. Please add a note in the comments section at checkout if you would like your order split. You WILL NOT be charged any additional delivery fees for split orders.

We will ship your order asap. Depending on how busy we are this can be between 2-5 days (unless otherwise stated)
"Made to Order" products will be shipped within 5-7 days unless otherwise confirmed
All orders will receive a tracking number and courier details upon dispatch.
Should you need to change (or cancel your order) you must advise us asap and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements, orders can not be changed once dispatched.
Custom products will have production started 48 hours AFTER you have placed your order. unless it's a bulk order and a time frame for the order has been given.
If you cancel your order before we start making your order, you will be entitled to a FULL refund
If your order has already been shipped your order can not be cancelled and no refund will be given.
If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel the order.

1) If you would like to inquire about us making a product that isn't listed or shown on our website, please feel free to ask us, we will get back to you asap with a yes or no if we can make it / get it in or not and will get back to you asap with a price!
2) If you need us to make a custom order of any of our products, we're happy to help
All you need to do is send us a message via the "contact us" page with your requirements, be sure to give us as much information as you can.
ie: product/s you are after, quantity required, date it's required by.
We will get back to you within 48 hours with a quote (including delivery)

We will get back to you asap if your request has been approved.
We DO NOT give cash donations to organizations, if your sponsorship application is approved the donation will be in the form of any of our hand made products.
Due to COVID-19 and the supplies for most of our products being hard to source, we have made the decision to suspend all of our fundraising and wholesale products.
We do plan on bring this back in the future as soon as our supplies begin to be more steady with their stock control.
We are happy to take bulk orders for any of products, all you need to do is contact us through our contact page with what you are after, provide us with as much info as you can such as the product you need quantity and the date you need it by. We will get back to you asap with a quote including delivery
We will happily replace a faulty product. Please contact us if a product you have received is faulty.
We do not exchange or refund for change of mind.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not refund if you have a reaction to our products.
We test all of our products prior to them being added to our website .

3) Items damaged during transport, please advise us within 7 days of delivery. Please email details and proof of damage to firstname.lastname@example.org
We MUST receive photo proof to support your "damaged in transport" so we can pass the claim onto our transport company. we will either issue with a refund OR send out replacement stock at no charge
4) Returns of custom products - We do not accept returns on custom orders. if your product arrived damaged, you will be offered a replacement to be sent out asap at no charge
5) All requests for returns are to be made no more than 21 days after delivery
6) All refunds and returns are subject to management approval
