How Do I Place An Order?

1) Go to the "shop" page (click the link above)

2) Select and add the items to your cart that you wish to purchase

3) Checkout

Payment and Shipping

Payment is due when placing the order

We accept the following payment types:

  • PayPal
  • Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB

Our Buy Now Pay Later options include:

  • LayBuy
  • HUMM
  • PayItLater
  • Latitude Pay
  • AfterPay
  • WizPay

We DO NOT charge additional fees for using any of our payment methods.

Our Buy Now Pay Later partners all have a minimum spend of $20 and a maximum spend amount of $1000, if spending above $1000 please contact us to see what payment options are available.

Shipping is $9.95 Flat Rate Australia Wide.

SORRY we do not offer pick up.

We will ship your order asap. Depending on how busy we are this can be between 2-5 days (unless otherwise stated)

Tracking numbers will be uploaded as soon as your order is ready to be dispatched, and will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the tracking number

I need to change or cancel my order?

Should you need to change (or cancel your order) you must advise us asap and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements, orders can not be changed once dispatched. 

If we haven't started to prepare your order, you can request to change or cancel it, and we will do our best to accommodate your request

Once your has be prepared for shipping and a tracking number has been allocated, it can no longer changed or cancelled.

I would like to make a custom order OR order a product you don't have listed on your website?

SURE, No problem

1) If you would like to inquire about us making a product that isn't listed or shown on our website, please feel free to ask us, we will get back to you asap with a yes or no if we can make it / get it in or not and will get back to you asap with a price!

2) If you need us to make a custom order of any of our products, we're happy to help

All you need to do is send us a message via the "contact us" page with your requirements, be sure to give us as much information as you can.

ie: product/s you are after, quantity required, date it's required by.

We will get back to you within 48 hours with a quote

Sponsorship

All sponsorship inquiries can be made via the "contact us" page

We will get back to you asap if your request has been approved.

We DO NOT give cash donations to organizations, if your sponsorship application is approved the donation will be in the form products.

Fundraising & wholesale

Due to COVID-19 and the supplies for most of our products being hard to source, we have made the decision to suspend all of our fundraising and wholesale products.

We do plan on bring this back in the future as soon as our supplies begin to be more readily available.

HAND MADE BY ALICE RANGE

Our Hand Made By Alice Range is been removed from our website.

This range will be returning soon and will have a website all to it's own.

We are currently in the process of confirming the products in this range, finalizing some new products.

Stay tuned as we don't have too many details to give out just yet, BUT don't worry it hopefully wont be too far away!

BULK orders

We are happy to take bulk orders for any of products, all you need to do is contact us through our contact page with what you are after, provide us with as much info as you can such as  the product you need quantity and the date you need it by. We will get back to you asap with a quote including delivery

Returns & Refunds

We will happily replace a faulty product. Please contact us if a product you have received is faulty.

We do not exchange or refund for change of mind.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not refund if you have a reaction to our products.

We test all of our products prior to them being added to our website .

1) NO returns for "change of mind"

2) NO refunds on sale items

3) Items damaged during transport, please advise us within 7 days of delivery. Please email details and proof of damage to sales@naroku.com.au. Be sure to include your order number and product details as well as a photo.

We MUST receive photo proof to support your "damaged in transport" so we can pass the claim onto our transport company. we will either issue with a refund OR send out replacement stock at no charge

4) Returns of custom products - We do not accept returns on custom orders. if your product arrived damaged, you will be offered a replacement to be sent out asap at no charge

5) All requests for returns are to be made no more than 21 days after delivery

6) All refunds and returns are subject to management approval

Privacy Policy

NAROKU doesn't store or sell ANY of your personal information.

  • We only keep your email address if you sign up for our newsletter
  • Address details are ONLY passed on to our delivery partners when your order is being sent out for shipping
Newsletter

Please feel free to sign up for our newsletters, we'll try not to clog up your inbox so our aim is to only send you 1-2 newsletters per month. If we have something that's really important we may send you an additional newsletter.
